COVID MEASURES
OPENING HOURS
Our salons are open late every weeknight for tanning & beauty services. Core hours are 10am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 6pm on Saturday. Lisburn store also open Sunday 1pm – 6pm.
ARRIVAL
We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time so that your treatment can start on time. Please note that late arrival may result in the treatment time being reduced.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required to secure bookings and will be used as part-payment against your bill. Deposits are fully refundable provided the terms of our Cancellation Policy are adhered to.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend bookings otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged. 100% fee applies if you do not attend a booking. Clients who do not cancel or show for a booking may be required to pay for their missed treatments and pre-pay for future appointments.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children must be well-behaved and supervised by an adult when visiting the salon and cannot be left with our staff due to safeguarding & insurance purposes. For health & safety reasons, children cannot be brought into treatment rooms unless they are booked for an appointment and are accompanied by an adult as there are hazards present including hot wax, chemicals & sharp objects.
NAIL TREATMENTS
We are unable to remove or infill gel or acrylic nail products applied by other salons. This is because we cannot be certain of the products used on your nails and therefore, we are unlikely to have the correct brand of removal products needed.
SUNBED LOTIONS
Oils, Sprays, SPF’s & Petroleum-based products that are not designed for indoor tanning are banned from our salons as they are not suitable for use on sunbeds, they can damage our equipment and are difficult to remove from perspex between clients. Oils also create a slip hazard. Ignoring this policy may result in a ban and a bill for damages.
MOBILE PHONES
Please switch off mobile phones when visiting the salon so as not to disturb other guests.
SUNBED COURSES
Courses are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Courses cannot be shared between clients. No refunds will be given on unused minutes. Unfortunately, we can no longer store sunbed lotions for clients.
VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. For expired vouchers, please contact the salon manager for an extension.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact the store with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product and original sales receipt we will fully examine it and if you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
If you have had a treatment and you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that a visually assessment can be made. We will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds, however, a complimentary treatment or store credit may be issued.
Gift Vouchers and Sunbed Courses are non-refundable.
